This property is located in a quiet residential community and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Simply respect your neighbors, keep the noise down and NO parties. 🙂  


Welcome to 27 Mariners Cay! This 2 Bed/2.5 Bath WATERFRONT condominium is situated in a GATED COMMUNITY, that offers 2 TENNIS COURTS, a COMMUNITY POOL with grill out area, and a FISHING DOCK. The Mariners Cay community is a 3 min drive (or 15 min walk) from the beach and local entertainment area with shops, bars and restaurants. Historic Downtown Charleston is 9 miles away!

This townhome offers BEAUTIFUL VIEWS of Folly River and Mariners Cay Marina. A fully equipped kitchen overlooks the dining room and leads to the living room and SCREENED IN PORCH. There is plenty of room for sitting and entertaining. Both guest bedrooms are located upstairs. Each room has a private bath, equipped with TV and provides plenty of storage space for guests. ADDITIONAL NOTES: This home is accessed by a KEYLESS DOOR code for ease of entry. A door code will be provided 2 weeks prior to your arrival. PARKING is allowed for 2 non-commercial vehicles per unit (each vehicle has to be registered with the MyOceanRental prior to arrival). POOL open dates can vary based on weather, but usually OPEN from April - October.

Property includes free Wi-Fi, cable, AC/Heat, Washer/Dryer and all linens & towels are provided (except beach towels). Beach equipment not provided, but if on the property you are welcome to use it. 

No pets allowed per HOA, they issue a $500 fine for violating this policy. 
HOA does not permit commercial vehicles, boats or trailers.

This is a non-smoking property.

Check-in time: 4PM; Check-out time: 10AM.
Pool Hours: 6:30 am to 10 pm.

50% Deposit required at the time of booking, the remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to check-in.

You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property.
