With personal comforts in mind, this 1400 square foot condominium includes new granite counters in the kitchen and new flooring throughout. It has been thoughtfully decorated to reflect the beauty, character and history of Folly Beach and the greater Charleston area. This vacation home is complete with historic maps, antiques and photography to help visitors enjoy one of the most beautiful vacation spots in America. Additionally, a large, screened porch accessed from the master bedroom and living area, provides views of South Carolina's spectacular sunsets.


When returning from a long day at the beach, children will enjoy swimming and sunbathing in the community pool. For those with limited mobility, our building has an elevator, the unit has zero steps to contend with, and it is fully handicap accessible for those using wheelchairs.

This property is located in a quiet residential community and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Simply respect your neighbors, keep the noise down and NO parties. 🙂

50% Deposit required at the time of booking, the remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to check-in.
