All three of the bedrooms are spacious offering plenty of storage space and a private bathroom. Ascend the stairs to enter the tranquil Master Suite complete with a bathroom with a walk-in shower, dual sinks, a King sized bed and an uncovered balcony overlooking the river perfect for outside relaxation. Across the hall, you will find the 2 Twin Bedroom suite. This room is perfect for kids or adults. The third bedroom suite is located on the main level and houses 1 Queen bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and a ceiling fan for comfortable relaxation.
Take a stroll to the community fishing dock to enjoy Folly’s famous sunsets or to reel in that next great catch. This property is just a quick walk to the beach and downtown Folly, so that guests can enjoy the best of all worlds! Additionally, beautiful historic downtown Charleston is also an easy 15-20 minute drive away; there is something for everyone here!
Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a super laid-back community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping and, of course, a gorgeous beach. The location is perfect, as it is only a five-minute walk to Center Street and the Beach! Additionally, there is a public boat ramp with parking only 0.5 miles away. The area is certain to have something for everyone… a beautiful beach, a community pool, fishing, boating, historical sites, gardens, shopping, golf, kayaking, paddle boarding; the choices are limitless. We know that this is the perfect town home for your family vacation!

PARKING is available for up to 3 vehicles; 2 cars fit comfortably in the garage and 1 more car can be parked under a covered carport.
The community POOL IS OPEN April - October (exact dates vary depending on the weather) and the fishing dock is accessible year-round.

House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJ’s, etc. are prohibited.

Pool Hours: 8 am to 10 pm
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days prior to check-in date and will be automatically charged to the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require a full payment at the time of booking.
You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property.
WEEKLY SUMMER RENTALS run SAT-SAT (June, July, August). The rest of the year is a minimum of 2 - 4 nights, depending on the season and are subject to change daily.
