This property is located in a quiet residential community and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Simply respect your neighbors, keep the noise down and NO parties. 🙂  

Welcome to 311 Shadow Race Lane! Located on the one of the most secluded streets in Sunset Point yet NEAR EVERYTHING! A nearby trail will take you to the public beach access that provides public restrooms and outdoor showers. Take a short walk or take a bicycle ride beneath live-oak sheltered streets for dinner, drinks, and live local music on Center Street. This property has been well maintained as a primary residence, and newly transitioned to a vacation rental home.


This house boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and SLEEPS 8. Open concept on main lever with a propane fireplace and 2 TVs for entertaining on each side of the fireplace. Walk from this room right out to the screened-in back deck. It offers plenty of outdoor lounge and open grilling areas, and is surrounded by palm trees, perfect for a quiet evening of BBQ. The rest of the bedrooms are on the upper level. The main SPACIOUS KING bedroom offers a private full bath and access to the outside deck. The other two bedrooms have a shred full bath with tub/shower combo. Each bedroom is equipped with Smart TV for entertaining. Home is elevated and has plenty of space below for parking. Awesome OUTDOOR SHOWER to rinse off the salt-water and sand! There is a quiet park with pergola benches virtually across the street on the marsh that is great for bird-watching or reading a book. The street in is quiet and has no through traffic.

Property includes free Wi-Fi, HVAC, brand new washer/dryer, and all linens & towels are provided (except beach towels) and outdoor shower.  Beach equipment not provided, but if on the property you are welcome to use it.
This is a non-smoking property.
Check-in time: 4PM; Check-out time: 10AM.
50% Deposit required at the time of booking, the remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to check-in.
