There is convenient parking for 3 smaller cars or 2 cars and a boat that is less than 23 feet long. Also, the nearby Folly Beach Boat Landing is perfect for launching your vessel!

This classic
2 Bed/2 Bathroom Folly Beach Cottage with a Caribbean twist is located just 5 blocks from the beach and Center Street shops, restaurants and nightlife and is just two blocks from the world famous McKevlin's Surf Shop and Bert's Food Market. It offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a dining area and kitchen with laundry facilities. The kitchen features a slate floor, halogen lighting and is fully outfitted for all your cooking needs. Surf Cottage has a comfortable SCREENED PORCH accessed by French doors from both bedrooms for enjoying morning coffee or cocktails after a long day of sunning, surfing or fishing. The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, the second bedroom has a king-sized bed, and the living room and second bedroom are equipped with televisions. The COMPLETELY ENCLOSED YARD is great for kids and pups (upon approval with our office) and there is a SCREENED OUTDOOR SHOWER with hot and cold water to rinse off after a long day at the beach.


Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a super laid-back community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping and, of course, a gorgeous beach. The location is perfect, as it is by Center Street and across from the Beach! We are located just a short 20 minute car ride from historic downtown Charleston which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites and more. Additionally, there is a public boat ramp with parking only 0.5 miles away. 

The area is certain to have something for everyone…a beautiful beach, fishing, boating, historical sites, gardens, shopping, golf, kayaking, paddle boarding; the choices are limitless. We know that this is the perfect home for your family vacation!

During your stay you will enjoy the following amenities: complimentary Wi-Fi, AC/Heat, washer and dryer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, and all linens & towels (except beach towels). Beach equipment is not provided, but if there is any on the property you are welcome to use it. 

Contactless Check-In: This home is equipped with a KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM and a door code will be provided prior to your arrival date.

Pets considered: All pets must be approved by our office before you arrive. Upon approval there is a $100 per pet nonrefundable pet fee that is due before you arrive. If not already on your reservation, it will be added. Once this is done and the fee paid, you will be all set to bring your pet with you (2 pet max, no puppies under 1 year old, no cats).

Check-in time: 4PM; Check-out time: 10AM.

We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days prior to check-in date and will be automatically charged to the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require a full payment at the time of booking.

You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property.

Minimum of 2 - 4 nights, depending on the season and are subject to change daily.

This means we follow guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. In order to comply with Folly Beach's new strict noise ordinance, we now use noise sensors in our properties. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels, is 100% privacy compliant and do NOT listen or record. If the noise level exceeds the legal limit for FB, you will receive a friendly reminder text message to turn the noise down. This will help avoid any violations with the FB police that can result in a $500 fine as well as result in major penalties for the homeowner.

The Folly Beach NOISE ORDINANCE is from 10 pm to 8 am. Each property is listed with the maximum occupancy for the home (number the house sleeps). House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJ’s, etc. are prohibited.  Please remember to be kind and courteous to your neighbors and your contract states that the use of premises shall not disturb or offend surrounding residents. If the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately, without refund. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort and those of our community so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
