Welcome to Stones Throw! This adorable Folly Beach cottage is conveniently located on the quiet West side of Folly Beach; however, downtown Center Street and the beach are just a stones throw away! The house is a cozy 2 bedroom/1 bathroom getaway that sleeps 4 people in beds (6 total with sleeper sofa). Featuring a fully stocked kitchen equipped that includes pots/pans, glassware, and all appliances (less a dishwasher), this is the perfect spot for "home away from home cooked meals." The bathroom floor is tiled while the rest of the house boasts beautiful heart pine flooring. Guests will enjoy the large screen porch to enjoy the salty ocean breeze while your pups play in the fully fenced backyard.

Downtown Folly Beach is the hub for local shops, markets, live entertainment, bars, and restaurants. Explore a variety of water activities such as fishing, surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, beach combing, dolphin watching and more or visit the east end of the island where you find the famous Morris Lighthouse! Come see for yourself how wonderful and relaxing a stay at Folly Beach can be!

During your stay you will enjoy the following amenities: complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen (minus dishwasher), standard coffee maker, iron and ironing board, all linens and towels (minus beach towels). Beach equipment not provided, but if on the property you are welcome to use it.
Contactless Check-In: This home is equipped with a KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM and a door code will be provided prior to your arrival date. 

There is a propane grill available for your use.

Pets considered: All pets must be approved by our office before you arrive. Upon approval there is a $100 per pet non refundable pet fee that is due before you arrive. If not already on your reservation, it will be added. Once this is done and the fee paid, you will be all set to bring your pet with you (2 pet max, no puppies under 1 year old, no cats).

Outdoor shower on property in the backyard.

No events or parties allowed. 

Check-in time: 4PM; Check-out time: 10AM.

50% Deposit required at the time of booking, the remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to check-in.

You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. 

WEEKLY SUMMER RENTALS run SAT-SAT (June, July, August). The rest of the year is a minimum of 2 - 4 nights, depending on the season and are subject to change daily.

This means we follow guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. In order to comply with Folly Beach's new strict noise ordinance, we now use noise sensors in our properties. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels, is 100% privacy compliant and do NOT listen or record. If the noise level exceeds the legal limit for FB, you will receive a friendly reminder text message to turn the noise down. This will help avoid any violations with the FB police that can result in a $500 fine as well as result in major penalties for the homeowner.

The Folly Beach NOISE ORDINANCE is from 10 pm to 8 am. Each property is listed with the maximum occupancy for the home (number the house sleeps). House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJ’s, etc. are prohibited.  Please remember to be kind and courteous to your neighbors and your contract states that the use of premises shall not disturb or offend surrounding residents. If the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately, without refund. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort and those of our community so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
