confidential or secure.
B. PERSONAL INFORMATION SUBMISSION IS VOLUNTARY
MyOceanRental will only collect necessary personal contact information for the
use of your reservation. Unless prohibited by applicable law in your jurisdiction,
we will use the contact information that you transmit to us to provide you with
information about our community. Your act of submitting your contact information
will not be deemed to be an offer to purchase any property featured in this website.
Mariners Cay HOA does ask for the following information to register your vehicles
with them to be on site. Please note that if you are renting a unit within the
Mariners Cay community, we will request additional information that will only be
used to register your vehicle with the Mariners Cay HOA to issue parking passes.
C. CHANGE OF INFORMATION AND CONTACTING US TO REMOVE
YOUR NAME
If you wish to change your contact information, then please resubmit your
information by contacting us at front_desk@myoceanrental.com. If you wish to be
removed from any contact list that is generated from your use of this website, then
please contact us at front_desk@myoceanrental.com. We will attempt to honor
your request, but we cannot guarantee that your contact information will be purged
from any or all lists generated as a result of your use of the website, and we will
have no liability under these Terms if we do not purge contact information that you
provide to us voluntarily.
