Rob has been in Real Estate and Property Management on Folly Beach for 17 years. While co-founding MyOceanRental with his then Real Estate client Todd Stabenow in 2005, Rob has based his life and family on Folly Beach and has a profound love for the island and way of life Folly Beach and Charleston is providing him. Folly for life!

Todd has been a property owner on Folly since 2003 and started MyOceanRental with Rob to curate a better rental management experience. Todd has also worked more than 22 years in the tech industry and now brings that background full time to MyOceanRental, where he's always looking for the next leap in technology to enhance our product offerings, improve security and delight our guests.
Real Estate Sales
Cathryn concentrates in Real Estate and Property Management on Folly Beach and has teamed up with her husband Rob to focus on Real Estate Sales and Long Term Rentals in and around the Folly Beach community. With a background in Nursing and office management, she is fitting right into the Folly Real Estate community!
Guests Services / Owner Liaison
Kimberly Lesesne is a South Carolina native who has lived in Charleston for fifteen years and currently resides downtown. She has a background in teaching, interior design, and real estate and is a proud mother of three children. Her hobbies include property renovations, antiques and staying physically active in the lowcountry community.
Property and Office Manager
Nichole has lived in South Carolina since 2012. Originally from Southern California, and is now loving life in the Lowcountry. Nichole lives on Johns Island, which is just a short drive from Folly Beach, with her husband and their dog. She has been in real estate and property management for 6 years. She loves living so close to the beach and the atmosphere it brings to her family's lives.

Natalia has lived in Charleston since 2009 and has been in hospitality for over 10 years and with MyOceanRental for over 5 years. She is in love with the beauty of the low country and has a small obsession with hunting shark teeth!

Having worked in as a Property Manager on Folly Beach for over 9 years Julie is passionate about the industry. Through her prior managerial roles, she has ascertained very strong communication and customer service skills, and is inspired by the power of teams to achieve results.

Laundry & Amenity Manager
Tara Anderson is a lifelong resident of Folly Beach. She is the current President of the Exchange Club of Folly Beach and has worked 11+ years with MyOceanRentals and loving every minute of it!
