Welcome to the Wavehouse! This wonderfully unique 5 BEDROOM/4 BATHROOM home SLEEPS 10 and features an in-ground pool that was installed in 2020. It is filled with custom built touches throughout; including an inlaid surfboard in the living room floor, custom made rock countertops, the famous "wave stairwell”, as well as the impressive master suite and bath on the top level. The Wave House is pet-friendly, offers a fully fenced yard, and is only 2 blocks from the beach and 5 blocks from Center Street. Conveniently located by the Pirate's Cove Playground & Skate Park, you will enjoy the tennis and basketball court as well as a dog park.
The house has 3 levels with an apartment on the FIRST FLOOR that is connected to the main house but also has a private entrance. It adds two additional bedrooms, one full bathroom, a living room area and full kitchen. The MAIN LEVEL opens to a spacious living room, dining room and full kitchen. The large front porch off the living room provides plenty of room for outdoor dining and entertainment. There are 2 queen bedrooms and 2 full baths on the main level as well. The TOP FLOOR is dedicated to the MAIN SUITE that offers a "reading nook" divided by 200-year-old doors from India and a large private open-air porch. The attached bathroom features all tile and custom stonework with a one of a kind OPEN AIR JACUZZI TUB! Step outside to enjoy a beautiful new in-ground Salt Water POOL measuring 16' x 30' with a 9 foot deep end. Additionally, there is an OUTDOOR SHOWER with hot/cold water, a GAS GRILL and a firepit to sit around while enjoying the beautiful Folly Beach sky.
Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25 - minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. We promise you will Folly in love with this beautiful island!

Contactless Check-In: This home offers a KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM, and we will provide the code before your arrival date.
There are 2 designated spots in the driveway for parking and plenty of free parallel street parking.
We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.
Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
The Folly Beach NOISE ORDINANCE is from 10 pm to 8 am.
Pets are considered at this house: All pets must be approved at the time of the booking. Upon approval there is a $150 (plus tax) per pet non refundable pet fee that is due before you arrive. If not already on your reservation, it will be added. Once this is done and the fee paid, you will be all set to bring your pet with you (2 pet max, no more than 60 lbs., no puppies under 1 year old, no cats). Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are subject to approval and fees prior to arrival.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most 10 people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund.
