This townhome is located in the RIVERFRONT community of Water's Edge that is designed with a nod to Historic Charleston colors and charm.  Guests can enjoy a little bit of everything, from a COMMUNAL SWIMMING POOL and FISHING PIER, to a 10-minute walk (3 min golf cart ride) to the BEACH or take a 20 minute car ride to Historic Downtown Charleston.

This beautiful 3 bed/3 bath townhome accommodates 6 guests and features hardwood floors throughout the kitchen and living room and Berber carpet in all rooms and hallway. The kitchen is complete with lovely granite countertops, a custom backsplash, and is fully stocked with all kitchen essentials. The main area offers an open concept kitchen/dining and living room with plenty of seating and opens onto a screened in porch with river views.

Located upstairs, the master suite housing a king-sized bed, includes a PRIVATE RIVERVIEW BALCONY. Across the hall you will find a guestroom complete with 1 FULL and 1 TWIN bunk bed and 1 separate TWIN. The THIRD QUEEN BEDROOM is adjacent to the kitchen/living room area. Each of the 3 bedrooms have access to private bathrooms and include plenty of storage space. 

Relax and sip your favorite afternoon drinks on our screened in private porch, while watching the wildlife that frequently visits our marsh and river just outside. Top floor private balcony off the Master Suite has perfect views of the Marsh and River. Relax by the pool and clubhouse that is available to all guests in season. Come see for yourself how truly wonderful and relaxing a stay at Folly Beach can be!

Come see for yourself how wonderful and relaxing a stay at Folly Beach can be!

PLEASE NOTE: There is PARKING available for 2 vehicles at the property, one inside the garage and one in the community parking spot (with a parking pass only). This home is accessed by a KEYLESS DOOR CODE for ease of entry. A door code will be provided 2 weeks prior to your arrival. The COMMUNITY POOL is open April-October (exact dates can vary depending on weather). The FISHING DOCK is open year-round. 

 

Property includes free Wi-Fi, cable, AC/Heat, Washer/Dryer and all linens & towels are provided (except beach towels).  Beach equipment not provided, but if on the property you are welcome to use it.

No pets allowed.
There is a charcoal grill available for your use.

This is a non-smoking property.

Check-in time: 4PM; Check-out time: 10AM.
Pool Hours: 10 am to 10 pm

50% Deposit required at the time of booking, the remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to check-in.
