The kitchen is complete with lovely granite countertops, a custom backsplash, and is fully stocked with all kitchen essentials. The main area offers an open concept kitchen/dining and living room with plenty of seating and opens onto a screened in porch with river views. Located upstairs, the master suite housing a king-sized bed, includes a PRIVATE RIVERVIEW DECK with lounge chairs. Across the hall you will find a guestroom complete with a QUEEN BED and the THIRD QUEEN BEDROOM is adjacent to the kitchen/living room area. Each of the 3 bedrooms have access to private bathrooms and include plenty of storage space.
Downtown Folly Beach is the hub for local shops, markets, live entertainment, bars, and restaurants. Explore a variety of water activities such as fishing, surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, beach combing, dolphin watching and more or visit the east end of the island where you find the famous Morris Lighthouse! Notes
During your stay you will enjoy the following amenities: complimentary Wi-Fi, AC/Heat, washer and dryer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, all linens & towels (except beach towels). Beach equipment is not provided, but if on the property you are welcome to use it, and an outdoor shower.
Contactless Check-In: This home is equipped with a KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM and a door code will be provided prior to your arrival date.
PARKING is provided for 2 standard size vehicles (parking inside the garage).
The COMMUNITY POOL is open April-October (exact dates can vary depending on weather) and the fishing dock is open year round.
No pets allowed.
This is a non-smoking property.
No grills, food trucks, or catering services that have to set up outside for service or preparation are permitted per HOA guidelines.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJ’s, etc. are prohibited.
Check-in time: 4PM; Check-out time: 10AM.
Pool Hours: 10 am to 10 pm
50% Deposit required at the time of booking, the remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to check-in.
You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property.
Please note: This property is in a quiet residential community and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Simply respect your neighbors, keep the noise down and NO parties:)
**The Waters Edge HOA will be doing work on the community Sea Wall. Per the HOA, the work is scheduled to be complete in April 2023.
