This sun-filled house features beautiful hardwood floors throughout the downstairs, well equipped kitchen, private pool with covered cabana, outdoor shower, and a jetted garden tub.  The property is located in a more private neighborhood with only residential traffic.  Due to the unique location, there are glimpses and views of both the ocean and the Folly River.  With a beach access essentially across the street, this location is most ideal.

Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a super laid-back community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping and, of course, a gorgeous beach. We are located just a short 25-minute car ride from historic downtown Charleston which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites and more. Additionally, there is a public boat ramp with parking only 0.5 miles away. 

The area is certain to have something for everyone…a beautiful beach, fishing, boating, historical sites, gardens, shopping, golf, kayaking, paddle boarding; the choices are limitless. Sea Breeze is a great place for your next Folly Beach vacation!

During your stay you will enjoy the following amenities: complimentary Wi-Fi, AC/Heat, washer and dryer, standard coffee maker, iron and ironing board, and all linens & towels (except beach towels). Beach equipment is not provided, but if on the property you are welcome to use it. 
This home is accessed by a KEYLESS DOOR CODE for self-check-in and ease of entry. A door code will be provided 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
Plenty of PARKING is available.
This is a non-smoking property.
No pets allowed.
Check-in time: 4PM; Check-out time: 10AM.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days prior to check-in date and will be automatically charged to the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require a full payment at the time of booking.

The Folly Beach NOISE ORDINANCE is from 10 pm to 8 am. Each property is listed with the maximum occupancy for the home (number the house sleeps). House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJ’s, mobile units, campers, and RVs are prohibited (you can park a camper or RV if that is your transportation, but you cannot stay in them). Please remember to be kind and courteous to your neighbors. Use of premises shall not disturb or offend surrounding residents. If the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately, without refund. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.

WEEKLY SUMMER RENTALS run SAT-SAT (June, July, August). The rest of the year is a minimum of 2 - 4 nights, depending on the season and are subject to change daily.
