Welcome to Sand Pebble Sunset, a relaxed dual cottage marshfront retreat just a quick walk to the 12th block beach access. This stretch of beach is known for consistently good surf, and you’re also very close to the Washout, one of the most well-known surf spots on the island. Even if you don’t surf, it’s a great place to walk, watch the waves, and enjoy a quieter part of the beach.
The home sits right along the tidal marsh, where the view changes throughout the day with the water's natural ebb and flow. You may spot herons, egrets, and other coastal birds moving through the grass, especially in the early morning and evening. It’s a peaceful setting that still keeps you close to everything, making it easy to go back and forth between the beach and the house.
The property includes two small buildings on one private lot, giving couples, friends, or small families a little extra space and flexibility. The main cottage has an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and open shelving, connected to a comfortable living area that opens onto a large deck overlooking the marsh. It’s a nice spot for morning coffee, outdoor meals, or simply unwinding after a day in the sun.
The separate space works well as an additional hangout or sleeping area, with a sleeper sofa, TV, and full bathroom. It gives everyone room to spread out while still feeling connected.
Located at the end of a quiet lane, the home feels tucked away yet remains very convenient to the beach. You can easily walk over for a morning swim, spend the afternoon by the water, then come back to relax and enjoy the slower pace of the marsh as the tide shifts and the light changes toward sunset.
PLEASE NOTE: Surfboards, kayaks, and the claw machine are NOT included with the rental.

Folly Beach has a noise ordinance that goes into effect at 10 p.m. and applies to private residences. Please be mindful of your neighbors.
There is plenty of parking in front of the house.
This is a non-smoking property.
Pets considered. All pets must be approved by our office before you arrive. Upon approval, a nonrefundable $150 plus tax per pet fee is due before you arrive. If not already on your reservation, it will be added. Once this is done and the fee is paid, you will be all set to bring your pet with you (1 pet max; no more than 40 lbs. each; no puppies under 1 year old; no cats). Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are subject to approval and fees prior to arrival.
Check-in time: 4 PM; Check-out time: 10 AM.
A 50% payment is required when booking, with the remaining 50% automatically charged to the card on file 30 days before your check-in date. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require a full payment at the time of booking.
