This townhome is located in the RIVERFRONT community of Water's Edge that is designed with a nod to Historic Charleston colors and charm.  Guests can enjoy a little bit of everything, from a COMMUNAL SWIMMING POOL and FISHING PIER, to a 10-minute walk (3 min golf cart ride) to the BEACH or take a 20 minute car ride to Historic Downtown Charleston.

This beautiful 3 bed/3 bath townhome accommodates 8 guests and features hardwood floors throughout the entire house. The kitchen is complete with lovely granite countertops, a custom backsplash, and is fully stocked with all kitchen essentials. The main area offers an open concept kitchen/dining and living room with plenty of seating (4 barstools plus dining table that seats 6) and opens onto a screened in porch with river views. Located upstairs, the master suite housing a king-sized bed, includes a PRIVATE RIVERVIEW DECK with lounge chairs. Across the hall you will find a guest room complete with two FULL bunk beds and the THIRD QUEEN BEDROOM is adjacent to the kitchen/living room area. Each of the 3 bedrooms have access to private bathrooms and include plenty of storage space.

The area is certain to have something for everyone…a beautiful beach, a community pool, fishing, boating, historical sites, gardens, shopping, golf, kayaking, paddle boarding; the choices are limitless. We know that this is the perfect town home for your family vacation!

Notes

During your stay you will enjoy the following amenities: complimentary Wi-Fi, AC/Heat, washer and dryer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, all linens & towels (except beach towels). Beach equipment is not provided, but if on the property you are welcome to use it, and an outdoor shower.

Contactless Check-In: This home is equipped with a KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM and a door code will be provided prior to your arrival date. 
PLEASE NOTE: There is PARKING available for 2 vehicles at the property, one inside the garage and one in the community parking spot (with a parking pass upon request only).
The COMMUNITY POOL is open April-October (exact dates can vary depending on weather) and the fishing dock is open year round.
There is a gas grill available for guest's use.
No pets allowed.
This is a non-smoking property.

No grills, food trucks, or catering services that have to set up outside for service or preparation are permitted per HOA guidelines.
No events or parties allowed.

Pool Hours: 10 am to 10 pm
50% Deposit required at the time of booking, the remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to check-in.
You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. 

WEEKLY SUMMER RENTALS run SAT-SAT (June, July, August). The rest of the year is a minimum of 2 - 4 nights, depending on the season and are subject to change daily.

NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels, is 100% privacy compliant and do NOT listen or record. If the noise level exceeds the legal limit for FB, you will receive a friendly reminder text message to turn the noise down. This will help avoid any violations with the FB police that can result in a $500 fine as well as result in major penalties for the homeowner.

The Folly Beach NOISE ORDINANCE is from 10 pm to 8 am. Each property is listed with the maximum occupancy for the home (number the house sleeps). House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJ’s, etc. are prohibited.  Please remember to be kind and courteous to your neighbors and your contract states that the use of premises shall not disturb or offend surrounding residents. If the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately, without refund. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort and those of our community so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
