Welcome to 309 West Indian, a stunning 4BD/3BA beach home (SLEEPS 10) that features a PRIVATE INGROUND POOL! Located conveniently 3 blocks from Center Street, you are within strolling distance to all the local shops, restaurants and beach bars.

This home has all the finishes and amenities with upgraded kitchen appliances, solid quartz counters and a tankless water heater providing endless hot water for everyone's showers. The home has been outfitted with comfortable couches, dining chairs, beds with consumer reports top-rated king and queen mattresses and ultra-HD TV's in all bedrooms. Also, the downstairs bedroom sleeps 3 in a full/twin bunk bed combo.

Professionally landscaped with a plush lawn and an abundance of seasonal plantings, guests will enjoy the rear screened porch overlooking a 15 x 30 saltwater pool shaded by mature oaks and palms. There is also plenty of outdoor furniture on the porch and around the pool for relaxing, as well as two open air decks and a Weber gas grill for all your entertaining needs. Additionally, there is an outdoor hot/cold shower stall and separate cold shower for rinsing off after a trip to the beach. You will be very satisfied with the taste and the high-end quality of this home that is designed for ultimate relaxation on beautiful Folly Beach!

Downtown Folly Beach offers local shops, markets, live entertainment, bars, and restaurants. Explore a variety of water activities, such as fishing, surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, beach combing, dolphin watching and more. 

The location is perfect, as it is only a short golf cart ride to Center Street and is very close to the Beach! We are located just a 20 minute car ride from historic downtown Charleston which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites and more. 

The area is certain to have something for everyone…a beautiful beach, fishing, boating, historical sites, gardens, shopping, golf, kayaking, paddle boarding; the choices are limitless. We know that this is the perfect home for your family vacation!

During your stay you will enjoy the following amenities: complimentary Wi-Fi, AC/Heat, washer and dryer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, all linens & towels (except beach towels). Beach equipment is not provided, but if on the property you are welcome to use it.

Contactless Check-In: This home is equipped with a KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM and a door code will be provided prior to your arrival date. 

The home has an outdoor shower.

There is a gas GRILL for guest's use.

Pets considered: All pets must be approved by our office before you arrive. Upon approval there is a $100 per pet nonrefundable pet fee that is due before you arrive. If not already on your reservation, it will be added. Once this is done and the fee paid, you will be all set to bring your pet with you (2 pet max, no puppies under 1 year old, no cats).

This is a non-smoking property.

No events or parties allowed.

50% Deposit required at the time of booking, the remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to check-in.

A thorough deep disinfectant cleaning to CDC Guidelines is performed following each departure.

WEEKLY SUMMER RENTALS run SAT-SAT (June, July, August). The rest of the year is a minimum of 2 - 4 nights, depending on the season and are subject to change daily.

In order to comply with Folly Beach's new strict noise ordinance, we now use noise sensors in our properties. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels, is 100% privacy compliant and do NOT listen or record. If the noise level exceeds the legal limit for FB, you will receive a friendly reminder text message to turn the noise down. This will help avoid any violations with the FB police that can result in a $500 fine as well as result in major penalties for the homeowner.

The Folly Beach NOISE ORDINANCE is from 10 pm to 8 am. Each property is listed with the maximum occupancy for the home (number the house sleeps). House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJ’s, etc. are prohibited.  Please remember to be kind and courteous to your neighbors and your contract states that the use of premises shall not disturb or offend surrounding residents. If the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately, without refund. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort and those of our community so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
