Welcome to Blue Sky! This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom (sleeps 10) house is located on the peaceful West Side and it is a short walk or bike ride to the center of town or the State Park at the south end of Folly. Folly Beach is a short 150' walk from the property via the beach access directly across the street and the beautiful in-ground pool is the perfect place to relax and refresh after a day at the beach. Stay in and enjoy the sound of waves and the ocean view from the large screened in porch, the sunroom or the open deck.
This beach house will easily accommodate large families or a gathering of friends. The upstairs and downstairs are connected by an exterior staircase and upstairs there are two full bathrooms, an open living room/ dining room and a kitchen. There is also a full bathroom, living/dining area and kitchen downstairs.
Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25 - minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. We promise you will Folly in love with this beautiful island!

We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.

The Folly Beach NOISE ORDINANCE is from 10 pm to 8 am.
No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most 10 people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

The pool can be heated upon request for an additional fee of $40.00/day (added to your reservation after booking). If not requested at the time of booking, this option must be requested and paid for at least two days in advance. Pool heat can only be requested for the entire length or remainder of your stay. If you would like to add this option do so when making your reservation or contact our us during office hours.
**Please note that the pool does not get higher than 75 degrees during the colder months from mid December through February/mid March. Also, the pool temperature will be affected by the weather and very cold weather may keep the pool from reaching even 75 degrees and we cannot guarantee a certain temperature for any day of your stay. No refunds will be given, including if weather conditions prevent your use of the pool. The pool heater thermostat will be set to 82-84 degrees F.

If the noise level exceeds the legal limit for FB, you will receive a friendly reminder text message to turn the noise down. This will help avoid any violations with the FB police that can result in fines and revoke the homeowner's business license.
Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. However, we are committed to your and our community's comfort, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
