Welcome to Blue Sky! This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom (sleeps 10) house is located on the peaceful West Side and it is a short walk or bike ride to the center of town or the State Park at the south end of Folly. Folly Beach is a short 150' walk from the property via the beach access directly across the street and the beautiful in-ground pool is the perfect place to relax and refresh after a day at the beach. Stay in and enjoy the sound of waves and the ocean view from the large screened in porch, the sunroom or the open deck.

This beach house will easily accommodate large families or a gathering of friends. The upstairs and downstairs are connected by an exterior staircase and upstairs there are two full bathrooms, an open living room/ dining room and a kitchen. There is also a full bathroom, living/dining area and kitchen downstairs.

Downtown Folly Beach offers local shops, markets, live entertainment, bars, and restaurants. Explore a variety of water activities, such as fishing, surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, beach combing, dolphin watching and more. Explore the east end of the island where you will find the famous Morris Lighthouse!

The location is perfect, as it is only a short golf cart ride to Center Street and is a block from the Beach! We are located just a 20 minute car ride from historic downtown Charleston which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites and more. Additionally, there is a public boat ramp with parking as you enter the beach.

The area is certain to have something for everyone…a beautiful beach, fishing, boating, historical sites, gardens, shopping, golf, kayaking, paddle boarding; the choices are limitless. We know that this is the perfect home for your family vacation!

During your stay you will enjoy the following amenities: complimentary Wi-Fi, AC/Heat, washer and dryer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, all linens & towels (except beach towels). Beach equipment is not provided, but if on the property you are welcome to use it.
Contactless Check-In: This home is equipped with a KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM and a door code will be provided prior to your arrival date. 
GRILL: There is a propane grill on the property. 

POOL NOTICE:
The pool can be heated upon request for an additional fee of $40.00/day (added to your reservation after booking). If not requested at the time of booking, this option must be requested and paid for at least two days in advance. Pool heat can only be requested for the entire length or remainder of your stay. If you would like to add this option do so when making your reservation or contact our us during office hours at (843) 709-2876.

**Please note that the pool does not get higher than 75 degrees during the colder months from mid December through February/mid March. Also, the pool temperature will be affected by the weather and very cold weather may keep the pool from reaching even 75 degrees and we cannot guarantee a certain temperature for any day of your stay. No refunds will be given, including if weather conditions prevent your use of the pool. The pool heater thermostat will be set to 82-84 degrees F.

There is an outdoor shower at the property.

No pets allowed.
This is a non-smoking property.
No events or parties allowed.

50% Deposit required at the time of booking, the remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to check-in.

This means we follow guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. In order to comply with Folly Beach's new strict noise ordinance, we now use noise sensors in our properties. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels, is 100% privacy compliant and do NOT listen or record. If the noise level exceeds the legal limit for FB, you will receive a friendly reminder text message to turn the noise down. This will help avoid any violations with the FB police that can result in a $500 fine as well as result in major penalties for the homeowner.

The Folly Beach NOISE ORDINANCE is from 10 pm to 8 am. Each property is listed with the maximum occupancy for the home (number the house sleeps). House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJ’s, etc. are prohibited.  Please remember to be kind and courteous to your neighbors and your contract states that the use of premises shall not disturb or offend surrounding residents. If the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately, without refund. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort and those of our community so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
