The third bedroom has 4 twin beds (2 sets of bunk beds) with access to the third full bathroom, which is also accessible from the hallway. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs and brand-new mattresses. PLEASE NOTE: This home is accessed by a KEYLESS DOOR CODE for self-check-in and ease of entry. A door code will be provided 2 weeks prior to your arrival. FREE PARKING is available with parking passes for 2 vehicles. COMMUNITY POOLS are open from April through October (exact dates vary depending on weather). 2 ELEVATORS ARE AVAILABLE in the building. While we manage this property, we do not manage the maintenance of this building, which includes the elevators. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant. GRILLS are not allowed, and there are no community grills on premises.

 

Property includes free Wi-Fi, cable, AC/Heat, Washer/Dryer, 20 jar spice rack. All linens & towels provided (except beach towels). Beach equipment not provided, but if on the property you are welcome to use it.
