Welcome to Seacoast Villa 6! This ocean view villa SLEEPS 6 and offers gorgeous, unobstructed views. You can enjoy the sunrise and the sunset from this condo. The unbeatable location is ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE OCEAN, and just 1.5 BLOCKS to DOWNTOWN FOLLY BEACH, with all the cozy shops and restaurants.

This villa features an OPEN-FLOOR PLAN that includes kitchen, dining room and cozy living room with plenty of sitting space for entertainment. The living room opens to OCEAN VIEW BALCONY. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for easy cooking. The dining table sits 6 and there are additional 4 bar stools around the kitchen bar. The Main Bedroom offers a private access to the balcony where you can enjoy UNOBSTRUCTED VIEWS OF THE ATLANTIC OCEAN. Each bedroom offers access to a private full bathroom and closet.

Downtown Folly Beach offers local shops, markets, live entertainment, bars, and restaurants. Explore a variety of water activities, such as fishing, surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, beach combing, dolphin watching and more. Explore the east end of the island where you will find the famous Morris Lighthouse!

The location is perfect, as it is only a short walk to Center Street and is right across the street from the Beach with unobstructed views! We are located just a 20 minute car ride from historic downtown Charleston which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites and more. Additionally, there is a public boat ramp with parking only 0.5 miles away. 

The area is certain to have something for everyone…a beautiful beach, fishing, boating, historical sites, gardens, shopping, golf, kayaking, paddle boarding; the choices are limitless. We know that this is the perfect condo for your family vacation!

During your stay you will enjoy the following amenities: complimentary Wi-Fi, AC/Heat, washer and dryer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, all linens & towels (except beach towels). Beach equipment is not provided, but if on the property you are welcome to use it.

Contactless Check-In: This home is equipped with a KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM and a door code will be provided prior to your arrival date. 
FREE PARKING is available with one spot under the building an open parking in the lot.
GRILLS are not allowed, and no community grill is on site.
An ELEVATOR IS AVAILABLE in the building. While we manage this property, we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant.
Pets are not permitted.
This is a non-smoking property.
No events or parties allowed. 
Check-in time: 4PM; Check-out time: 10AM.
50% Deposit required at the time of booking, the remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to check-in.
You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. 

NEW FLEXIBLE COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations can be cancelled up to 14 day prior to check-in to receive a Full Refund Minus 5% for credit card processing fee. A thorough deep disinfectant cleaning to CDC Guidelines is performed following each departure.

The following discounts will be automatically applied to qualifying reservations:
20% off any of your dates that fall within the next 14 days and up to 10% OFF any of your dates that fall within the next 30 days. Discount applies to nightly rates only and is included in your initial quote. 
WEEKLY SUMMER RENTALS run SAT-SAT (June, July, August). The rest of the year is a minimum of 2 - 4 nights, depending on the season and are subject to change daily.

MyOceanRental strives to ensure peace and quiet for all of our guests, neighbors, and community of Folly Beach. This means we follow guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. In order to comply with Folly Beach's new strict noise ordinance, we now use noise sensors in our properties. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels, is 100% privacy compliant and do NOT listen or record. If the noise level exceeds the legal limit for FB, you will receive a friendly reminder text message to turn the noise down. This will help avoid any violations with the FB police that can result in a $500 fine as well as result in major penalties for the homeowner.

The Folly Beach NOISE ORDINANCE is from 10 pm to 8 am. Each property is listed with the maximum occupancy for the home (number the house sleeps). House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJ’s, etc. are prohibited.  Please remember to be kind and courteous to your neighbors and your contract states that the use of premises shall not disturb or offend surrounding residents. If the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately, without refund. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort and those of our community so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
