Welcome to 306 East Arctic, a 6 Bedroom/4 Bathroom home with gorgeous hardwood and tile floors throughout the whole home. This home SLEEPS 12 and is one of our best deals on Folly Beach! It is 2.5 blocks from Center Street and is directly ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE OCEAN! This vacation rental (rented as one unit) is a duplex with separate entrances that are only accessed from outside and boasts both private upstairs and downstairs living spaces with their own spacious fully equipped kitchens and living areas and 2 full baths upstairs and downstairs.

 

You will also enjoy the PRIVATE SCREENED PORCH and DECK upstairs as well as the DIRECT BEACH ACCESS just across the street 3 lots down. There is also fully fenced in backyard with fire pit. Come stay and see all that this wonderful home has to offer for yourself!

PLEASE NOTE: This home is accessed by a KEYLESS DOOR CODE for ease of entry. A door code will be provided 2 weeks prior to your arrival. PARKING is provided for 3 standard size vehicles (2 inside the garage and 1 underneath the carport). PARKING is available in the driveway, and there is plenty of it. You even have room to park a boat and trailer, depending on the size of the trailer.  
 

Property includes free Wi-Fi, cable, AC/Heat, Washer/Dryer and all linens & towels are provided (except beach towels). Beach equipment not provided, but if on the property you are welcome to use it.

Pets considered: All pets must be approved by our office before you arrive. Upon approval there is a $100 per pet nonrefundable pet fee that is due before you arrive. If not already on your reservation, it will be added. Once this is done and the fee paid, you will be all set to bring your pet with you (2 pet max, no puppies under 1 year old, no cats).


This property is located in a quiet residential community and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Simply respect your neighbors, keep the noise down and NO parties. 🙂

50% Deposit required at the time of booking, the remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to check-in.
