The location on the beach and proximity to walking to town was perfect. House was roomy and well set up for a family of 6. The back porch was the best feature. We could have sat there all day/night. Bert’s Market was fantastic and so easy to walk to for anything! We would definitely go back to this house/area.

What an outstanding place. Fantastic location right on the beach and walking distance to all the fun on Folly Beach and the pier. Close to downtown and golf. Our group comes to the Charleston area this time every year for a golf getaway and this was the best place we’ve had by far.

I've stayed on Folly Beach many times and this has been the best place by far. Extremely comfortable and clean. The linen service you use is as good as a fine hotel. Really appreciated the small details. Very convenient being close to the town restaurants and bars. Communication was great before and during our stay even though we really didn't have any issues that needed addressed. Looking forward to coming back.

Great Family Vacation on Folly!

We enjoyed the 4th of July week at Tee Fore Tow - Oceanfront house on Folly Beach! The layout of the floorplan was perfect for our Family of 8 (6 adults and 2 small children). The screened-in porch was the highlight of our stay with plenty of seating for everyone and a large dinner table (and it's large enough for a game of Cornhole!). The new gas grill was a plus for Holiday hamburgers and hotdogs. The location near the pier was great for short walks to the center of Folly Beach to eat as well as 1 block from the small grocery store (which has EVERYTHING you need!). The gas stove and kitchen layout worked well with the center island. The high ceiling great room allowed plenty of space to move around. We experienced no issues, and the house was very clean when we arrived. Will definitely look at returning to Tee Fore Two in the future!

Big Bedrooms and Gigantic Screened-in Porch

Forget about the beach. I could have sat on the porch all day. Watching a storm roll in was a highlight. The dunes area between the house and the beach is beautiful, with lots of green plants and bright pink oleanders. The porch is screened in, so no bugs, and measures around 50 feet by 15 feet. The porch chairs have cushions. The beach is about 150 yards and about 250 yards to the beach area with a lifeguard. You can rent chairs and umbrellas right in front of the house. Cleanliness is a plus. We know the carbon monoxide detectors work because we accidently left the stove on one day. We cooked all our meals in the house. I saw a crock pot, but couldn't find a baking sheet. The house could use some more sharp knives. The master bath shower is huge. Master bedroom gets warm at night, and the patio door doesn't open, but the window does, so it will cool off nicely, especially using the ceiling fan.

Wonderful Easter Weekend with the whole family at the Tee Fore Two. Very easy to work with Ocean Rental and I thank you for this. This unit is in the right spot in Folly Beach with access to all that the Beach has to offer. Sunny and warm all week with temps in the 70 to 80...easy drive into Charleston too!

I stayed here for 3 nights in late February. The house is as pictured/described, clean, kitchen seems well-equipped (although I didn’t cook much). The back deck is great. The house has a private boardwalk to the beach. It’s 2 short blocks to the Main Street with restaurants and shops. There’s a general store a block away. Very convenient. Great idea d communication and easy instructions to access the house. I would stay here again.

This home greatly exceeded our expectations! It is the cleanest home we have ever rented and you absolutely can't get a better location, simply stunning. Very spacious and comfortable. The photos don't do it justice. It is close to town so you can walk to restaurants and shops and very quiet. Really, a perfect place to stay. We will definitely be back!

This is our second year staying at this beach house, and it did not disappoint. The location is perfection and the layout wonderful for our family. Everyone congregated on the enormous screened porch and the kitchen was well-appointed for our family dinners. The rental company made check in and check out a breeze and they were very responsive to our needs. I highly recommend and look forward to staying here again.

My family literally had our Best Vacation Ever at this beautiful home on Folly Beach! The four bedrooms were perfect for all 7 guests and we spent a majority of our time in the home on the back screened in porch facing the ocean. The ocean was at our back door... which was ridiculously convenient and the town was just two blocks away. We could not be happier with our stay and plan on coming back every year!

This house was perfect for 3 couples. We had plenty of room and loved the location. We loved being right on the beach and really enjoyed the large screened in back deck. We walked to breakfast every morning at Rita’s Seaside Grill or the Lost Dog Cafe. We were only about 25 minutes by car to Charleston . We were also happy to have 2 parking spaces since we drove and had 2 cars and street parking was pretty full every day. The only problem we had was a broken dishwasher that was unable to be replaced during our week long stay.

This beachfront home was perfect for our spring break week away. A HUGE greatroom with well-appointed kitchen, plus four good sized bedrooms was perfect for our extended family. The screened in porch is larger than it appeared to me in the photos. The boardwalk went straight out to the sand. A great stay.

Amazing Beach House!

This house was absolutely perfect for our multi-family beach vacation! The house is spacious and well appointed. The bedrooms were large enough to accommodate a travel crib and an inflatable toddler mattress, so everyone was able to sleep comfortably. The great room was enormous with plenty of room for the littles to play, and the outdoor porch perfect for everyone to gather together and enjoy the sea breezes. The older children loved the location because they could walk to Center Street for morning coffees and boba, or to Bert’s for hot dogs and ice cream. Thankfully, even though the house is close to the main drag, it is extremely quiet at night and we had no trouble finding ample space on the beach. We rented golf carts to easily ride to the Washout for surf or the Morris Island lighthouse. We were so pleased with this house, we plan to make this a yearly vacation to see extended family and enjoy beautiful Folly Beach.

We like renting oceanfront beach homes. This one has a lot going for it. It has a beautiful view from the porch. We liked that it was a no smoking/no pets property since we have a lot of allergies. The home has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The bed linens were comfortable and we got plenty of towels. There are two AC units – one for each side of the home. The kitchen/dining areas are large and accommodate a lot of guests. The washer/dryer worked well. The secure Wifi was very fast. There are plenty of TVs; some have cable and some have streaming. The screened back porch is very nice. The home has an elevator but it was locked or inoperable. We parked in the right side garage at night since Folly Beach was extremely crowded during our stay; no garage door opener was available. We had a lot of communication with the property management team. We got a text from the management company that the home was ready a few hours before we got there. They were very prompt about issues that I had to bring to their attention. The dishwasher wouldn’t close when we arrived, rendering it non-usable, but they fixed it quickly the next day. Folly Beach has a policy that no exterior lights and all oceanfront blinds must be closed every night because of the sea turtles. But there are no blinds/drapes on the four windows in the great room of this home, so I let the company know that it would be unacceptable for us to be charged a fine, and we had no trouble with that. We had to contact the company again when an unknown person parked in the left driveway and we had to report it. The car was gone later that day, so it was taken care of. Public access to the beach is just to the left of the home, so it would be a good idea to post some signs that the driveways are private to discourage this activity. Overall a nice place and the management company very responsive.

The home was spotless, in fact I would have to say in all my travels, perhaps the most clean home we have stayed in. Our morning walks (with coffee in hand) were only a few steps to the beachfront. The sunrises were breathtaking! The kitchen was stocked with necessary items for us to prepare breakfast, as we chose to enjoy several of the local restaurants for lunch/dinner. This is truly a Gem on the Beach!

We had a wonderful week. When we weren’t at the beach, we were on the screened porch. The kitchen is lovely and had everything we needed. We recommend Tee Fore Two!

Spectacular Review

The view is spectacular, and includes sunrises and moonrises. The house is roomy, with 4 private bedrooms, and even a 4th bath in the garage, like a "pool bath" (in this case, a "beach bath". Also there's an open outdoor shower. The screened in porch is huge, and faces the ocean. There's even garage room for 2 cars and a golf cart. The location is unbeatable: 2 blocks from all the "downtown" restaurants, shops, and bars, yet just far enough away for it to be a very quiet neighborhood. We did not want to leave!

The house is perfectly suited for a family beach vacation. The air conditioning was updated while we were there and the new units make the house very comfortable. The large living space and large screened porch made for a wonderful stay. We would love to stay here again!
