Please Note: This property is located in a quiet residential community and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Simply respect your neighbors, keep the noise down and NO parties. 🙂  

Welcome to Namastay! This divine beachfront home was fully renovated and newly furnished in 2019! It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeps up to 10 people. There are two luxurious outdoor areas. You can sunbathe and enjoy beautiful sunsets on the front deck, which has large comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas. The back porch is screened-in with an amazing ocean view and a private walkway to the beach. There is plenty of furniture for lounging and dining, as well as a natural gas grill. Two hammocks, a picnic table, outdoor string lights, and a corn hole set under the house provide a place for shaded dining and relaxation, along with a private, fully enclosed outdoor shower.

The interior of Namastay is just as comfortable and well-furnished as the al fresco areas. The bedrooms and the common areas all have ceiling fans and central air conditioning. Two bedrooms are oceanfront, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. The two Jack and Jill bathrooms connect to the third and fourth bedrooms. The third bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a full-sized bed and the fourth bedroom has a queen bed. All bedrooms have smart televisions for watching your favorite movies and TV shows using your personal accounts (Hulu, Netflix, etc.). The bathrooms include high quality locally made hair products, hair dryers, large walk-in showers with seats, and they are fully tiled. 

There is a large living room with a comfortable couch that seats 10 people! Additionally, it houses a 75-inch smart television with cable. The rest of the home boasts an open floor plan including a second living room that is oceanfront and leads out to the screened-in porch, a dining room with seating for 10, and a small fully equipped kitchen. This is the perfect arrangement for relaxing and entertaining. There are two outdoor showers, a private one under the house with both hot and cold water, as well as one on the boardwalk leading to the beach.

Namastay has modern conveniences and luxurious touches to ensure you have a great vacation. These include free high-speed internet, a washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, smart TVs, cable, hairdryers, a shower and seating on the boardwalk walkway to the beach, and unique furnishings and artwork that are both comfortable and stylish. There are beach towels for 10 people, mini bottles of locally made natural shampoos and conditioners, and basic pantry staples such as ground coffee and filters, sugar, flour, oil, vinegar, and spices. Namastay has a Nespresso Vertuo machine with coffee pods, an Instant Pot, a toaster oven/air fryer, plush towel sets and robes, comfortable bed linens, and plenty of covers and blankets that are freshly washed/sanitized between guests. 

The home’s double driveways can hold up to 6 vehicles. You can charge your electric vehicle with a 240v electrical outlet. Please bring your own charging cable/ adapter.

Namastay is nestled in a very peaceful area between the washout (surfing spot) and the Folly Beach lighthouse, three miles from the busy, unique downtown area that has plenty of local restaurants and entertainment. You can also conveniently rent golf carts, jet skis, bicycles, surfboards, paddleboards, and additional beach equipment. It is only a 25-minute drive to world-class dining, boutiques, museums, history tours, and an aquarium in Downtown Charleston.

The owners of this lovely beachfront home use it frequently, and the furniture and decorative items are personal and designed to be pleasing and comfortable. We look forward to hosting you, your family, and your friends in this tranquil setting! Namaste.

Some welcomed news in 2024 is The City of Folly Beach will be re-nourishing our beach which is much needed! 
Although not confirmed by the city, work is expected to start around early March until mid-August 2024 and will be focused one block at a time.  While we expect this to be a net positive to everyone (more sand and larger beaches), there is a small chance there will be construction on the beach and/or beach closures near this home.
The city hasn’t provided any further information on more precise dates, scheduling, or sequencing.   But you can stay informed with the latest by following the below links:

No parties or events are allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home.

Contactless Check-In: This home is equipped with a KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM and a door code will be provided prior to your arrival date. 

Folly Beach has a noise ordinance starting at 10PM that applies to all private residences. Please be mindful to your neighbors. 
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days prior to check-in date, and will be automatically charged to the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require a full payment at the time of booking.
You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property.
