It features gorgeous hardwood floors throughout the home, custom-tiled bathrooms, and beach/mountain-inspired décor. In addition, you will enjoy two oversized porches, one on the main floor and another upstairs off the Primary Bedroom, as you relax while overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
This home is perfect for entertaining with a fully equipped, spacious, high-end kitchen with custom cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a 5-burner gas range. There is seating for eight around the dining table, plus four additional barstools at the kitchen counter, and the large open living room area has seating for everyone. Contactless Check-In: This home offers a KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM, and we will provide the code before your arrival date.
Parking and accessibility: This home can accommodate 4-5 cars on its paved driveway. Public spaces are available along the street. The house is accessible by stairs.
Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
The Folly Beach NOISE ORDINANCE is from 10 pm to 8 am.
No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most 10 people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

If the noise level exceeds the legal limit for FB, you will receive a friendly reminder text message to turn the noise down. This will help avoid any violations with the FB police that can result in fines and revoke the homeowner's business license.
Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. However, we are committed to your and our community's comfort, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
