Guests access the house through the air-conditioned sunroom and enter the bright, airy open floor plan with vaulted ceilings encompassing the living room, dining room, and kitchen. For additional entertaining, the guest have access to an outdoor entertainment area underneath the house (photos coming soon). Covered and uncovered parking space available.
Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25-minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. We promise you will Folly in love with this beautiful island!

There is plenty of parking in the driveway and carport.
We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.

The Folly Beach NOISE ORDINANCE is from 10 pm to 8 am.
One pet considered up to 40lb well-trained, non-shedding (no puppies or cats). Our office must approve it before you arrive. Upon approval, a $150(plus tax) per pet non-refundable pet fee is due before you come. The fee will be added if you still need to get on your reservation. Once this is done and the fee is paid, you will be good to go to bring your pet. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II, and Title III of the ADA and are subject to approval and fees before arrival.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most 4 people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

22 miles to Charleston Airport. This property is located near Downtown Folly Beach, close to all of the restaurants and nightlife. Normally quiet hours start at 10pm, but are extended to 11pm on weekends.

We loved our stay at this cottage. It had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware we needed for cooking. Beds and bedding were comfortable, tvs in both bedrooms. My favorite was the enclosed porch where I drank my coffee in the mornings. Living room couch was comfortable. No issues with noise. Below was an outdoor couch, tv and picnic table along with beach gear to use and a grill. We loved our stay and our host communicated with us 100%. Would most definitely stay here again!

This house was just what we needed. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. I usually pack lots of cleaning supplies of my own along with our own linens just in case the rental doesn’t meet expectations, but I shouldn’t have! We felt right at home immediately! Its location was also central for walking just about anywhere we wanted to go! We will plan to return!

Updated house within walking distance to Center St. with all the Folly action as well as the beach. Only a 20 minute drive to Charleston. Room to park 2 cars under cover. Plenty of room for 4-5 people and a small dog. Highly recommend!

Great home in a great location. Kitchen has everything you need. We were cooking most meals here. Only a few blocks from the public beach access, Bert’s and our favorite, Chico Feo! Clean and well maintained home. Would absolutely rent this spot again!

Clean and remodeled and the outdoor living area was awesome and that wasn’t even a part of the photos we saw. Outdoor picnic table, tv, and space for all your outdoor toys and shower! All enclosed to make as your private get away but outside. Walking distance to all shops and the ocean so once we parked we didn’t leave! We will be back!

E Huron Ave is centrally located within Folly Beach and just a quick walk to beach access and the main roadway which hosted numerous restaurants and stores. The house provided every need for our stay and had a good layout. We would stay here again. We appreciate the homeowners allowing us access to their home.

1st Time to the Beach!

Thank you for making our 1st time taking our little one to the beach so amazing! The house had everything we could have wished for and more (high chair, beach wagon, beach toys, lots of clean towels.) All the appliances were top notch and perfect like home; beds were very comfortable too (which is a 1st!). We only wished we had a small vacuum to clean up throughout our stay. The location between downtown and the beach was perfect walking distance. We plan on booking again for next year!

We absolutely loved our stay at Keep Palm! We stayed for a week during spring break. The location was really convenient to restaurants and a very easy, short walk to the beach. The layout of the house was also perfect for us to watch our young children. It was clean and very easy to access the home. We loved it so much that we hope to make an annual trip to this property!

Had a great month in this house in Folly Beach. It is quite but every restaurant is within walking distance. Kitchen well stocked and management responded quickly to a plumbing issue.

Stayed for a two week visit in January. House was exactly as advertised. Spacious, comfortable, and clean. Had a few issues upon arrival that were promptly handled by the the realtor. Great location, with only a short walk to the beach and the center of town. Would definitely stay there again.

We have stayed here twice this year. It is now our go to vacation home. We took friends with us the last time and they absolutely loved it as well. Easy walk to the beach and super convenient to all shops.

The house was perfect for my husband and I on our recent trip. It was spotless and very nicely decorated, obviously just completed updated. We lived being able to walk to restaurants. We also really appreciated having the beach equipment available - chairs, umbrella, etc. We felt right at home here and hated to leave. Folly Beach has become our favorite place to stay when we visit the Charleston area!
