Welcome to one of our Folly favorite properties, the Red Sunset Sanctuary! This private oasis of tranquility is secluded on a large lot on a highly desirable West end of the island. The brand-new home was added to the rental market in Feb 2023. This space is designed with function and entertainment in mind. Two of the four bedrooms are ensuite primary bedrooms on each floor. Red Sunset Sanctuary features open-concept living and dining, a chef's kitchen with a gas range, a large island, hardwood floors, outdoors for entertainment, and an additional upstairs living area that flows into an open-air deck with views of the Folly River.
The well-thought-out exterior area features a beautiful private pool, lounge deck, and firepit overlooking the beautiful rare serine marsh sanctuary setting. Multiple patios, including one screened, offer stunning views and plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy.
With a short walk to the beach and Sunset Cay Marina/Bar, this private paradise will satisfy your family's beach soul!

You must be at least 25 Years old to rent this home.
Contactless Check-In: This home offers a keyless entry system, and we will provide the code before your arrival date.
Plenty of parking both in the driveway and under the house.
We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.
Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
The Folly Beach NOISE ORDINANCE is from 10 pm to 8 am.
No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most ten people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. You will need to pay full payment at the time of booking within 30 days of your arrival date.

If the noise level exceeds the legal limit for FB, you will receive a friendly reminder text message to turn the noise down. This will help avoid any violations with the FB police that can result in fines and revoke the homeowner's business license.
Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. However, we are committed to your and our community's comfort, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
