Welcome to Dolphins Folly, a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath oceanfront home for up to eight guests with direct beach access, expansive Atlantic views, and oceanfront outdoor space from every bedroom.
Wake up to the ocean, enjoy morning coffee overlooking the beach, then head straight to the sand from the home. Multiple oceanfront decks and porches offer plenty of outdoor space, including a screened porch, open main-level deck, and spacious upper-level deck.
Inside, the bright living area opens to an ocean-view dining space and fully equipped kitchen, keeping the water in view while everyone gathers together. The home also features a gas fireplace, Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and comfortable spaces to unwind after a day at the beach.
The upstairs loft adds a dedicated workspace with an adjustable desk and ergonomic office chair, making it easy to work remotely without giving up the view. From the desk, you can look out toward the Atlantic through the distinctive half-moon window.
All three bedrooms face the ocean and offer direct access to an ocean-view balcony or porch. The upstairs loft also includes two convertible futon chairs for additional sleeping space.
Dolphins Folly combines the privacy and views of an oceanfront home with convenient access to Folly Beach restaurants, shops, fishing, boating, and nightlife. Downtown Charleston is approximately 12 miles away.

No smoking is allowed inside or anywhere outside of the house.
No pets are allowed.
Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Titles II and III of the ADA and are not permitted unless the property is specifically designated in writing as “pets considered,” and our office has approved them.

HOUSE POLICIES
- The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with many full-time residents. Guests must respect the surrounding community, observe the listed maximum occupancy, and keep noise to a minimum at all times.
- House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited.
- The Folly Beach noise ordinance is in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Your rental agreement states that you may not use the property in a way that disturbs or offends surrounding residents.
- To help protect our guests, neighbors, property owners, and the Folly Beach community, this home uses NoiseAware noise-monitoring technology. NoiseAware measures decibel levels only. It is privacy-compliant and does not listen to or record conversations.
- If noise exceeds the permitted level, guests may receive a courtesy text asking them to reduce the volume before a violation occurs. This helps prevent police violations, fines, and possible revocation of the homeowner’s business license.
- The property’s maximum occupancy of eight guests may not be exceeded at any time during the stay.
- If occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and require that all guests vacate the property immediately without a refund.
