And let's not forget the beach! The Pool House offers two convenient access points. Take a leisurely 5-7 minute stroll via 3rd Street to reach the beach, complete with public restrooms and outdoor showers. Alternatively, follow the newly installed sidewalks on 2nd Street for another scenic route to the sandy shores. Enjoying the sun, sand, and surf has never been easier!

Announcements:
Some welcomed news in 2024 is that the City of Folly Beach will be re-nourishing our beach, which is much needed! 
Although not confirmed by the city, work is expected to start around early March until mid-August 2024 and will be focused on one block at a time.  While we expect this to be a net positive to everyone (more sand and larger beaches), there is a small chance that your closest beach access point may be impacted during your stay.
The city hasn’t provided further information on more precise dates, scheduling, or sequencing.   But you can stay informed with the latest by following the below links:

You must be at least 25 Years old to rent this home.
Contactless Check-In: This home offers a lockbox to obtain the keys, and we will provide the code before your arrival date. 
Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. 
We do not provide beach equipment or towels, but anything available at the property is yours to use.
Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
The Folly Beach NOISE ORDINANCE is from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house.
No Pets Allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are subject to approval and fees before arrival. 
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most 6 people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels, is 100% privacy compliant, and does NOT listen or record. If the noise level exceeds the legal limit for FB, you will receive a friendly reminder text message to turn the noise down. This will help avoid any violations with the FB police that can result in fines and revoke the homeowner's business license.

Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. However, we are committed to your and our community's comfort, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
