- Contactless Check-In: This home is equipped with a KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM and a door code will be provided prior to your arrival date. 
- PARKING is available for 3 standard-sized vehicles at the property (inside the garage).
- Check-in time: 4PM; Check-out time: 10AM.
- Pool and Fishing Dock Hours: 10AM to 10PM
- 50% Deposit is required at the time of booking, and the remaining 50% is due 30 days before check-in.

-   This is a non-smoking property.
-   No pets allowed.
-   No grills, food trucks, or catering services set up outside for service or preparation are permitted per HOA guidelines.
-   House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
