The home’s bedrooms include a primary bedroom with a king bed and three guest rooms offering one king bed, one queen bed, and a retro bunk room with two twin beds. After a day at the beach, a fully enclosed outdoor shower a few steps down from the back deck and accessed from the drive-under is a delightful way to rinse off the sand and salt. A ping pong table, a second full-size fridge, and a laundry room with a side-by-side new washer and dryer are on the lower level. Parking at Blue Flamingo is a breeze, with ample off-street spaces in both the driveway and drive-under.

Contactless Check-In: This home offers a KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM, and we will provide the code before your arrival date.
There is plenty of parking in the driveway and drive-under.
There is NO additional parking on the back (Ashley Ave) side of the property. The small cottage, accessed from the Ashley Ave side is NOT part of the rental. It is for the owner's personal use only.
We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.
Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
The Folly Beach NOISE ORDINANCE is from 10 pm to 8 am.
Pets considered. All pets must be approved by our office before you arrive. Upon approval there is a $150 plus tax per pet nonrefundable pet fee that is due before you arrive. If not already on your reservation, it will be added. Once this is done and the fee paid, you will be all set to bring your pet with you (2 pet max, no puppies under 1 year old, no cats). Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are subject to approval and fees prior to arrival.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most 8 people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

If the noise level exceeds the legal limit for FB, you will receive a friendly reminder text message to turn the noise down. This will help avoid any violations with the FB police that can result in fines and revoke the homeowner's business license.
Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. However, we are committed to your and our community's comfort, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
