Welcome to the Folly Peach! Just a stone's throw from the beach and a quick golf cart ride to the shops and restaurants on Center Street. What a perfect setting for a family or friend reunion. With over 3,300sqft of spacious living areas and bedrooms, large front and back decks with dining and lounging areas, and a large backyard with a swing, there is plenty of space for everyone. The house is comfy yet classy, featuring top-of-the-line appliances, lofty ceilings, hardwood floors, and a charming coastal style. This property sleeps 10.
The high-end kitchen has an oversized island that seats 4, a wine cooler, a professional six-burner stove, an oversized oven, and a commercial ice maker to keep all your coolers and drinks cool! A fully equipped kitchen will accommodate a professional chef or a family that loves to cook.
Downstairs (main level) are two bedrooms - one tucked down a private hallway with two queen beds, a wet bar, and a full ensuite bathroom. The other has a king bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub and a separate walk-in shower. There is a spacious living room with plenty of light, high ceilings, a gas fireplace, a roomy back deck with a dining area, a gas grill, and a lounge area that looks out onto a fenced backyard for privacy. You'll find two outdoor showers for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Upstairs are two more bedrooms - one with a king bed and one with two queen beds. A shared hallway bath Between the two bedrooms features a dual vanity and dual-stall showers. Head up the interior spiral staircase and enjoy the crow's-nest with 360-degree views of Folly Beach!

Folly Beach has a noise ordinance at 10 p.m. that applies to private residences. Please be mindful of your neighbors.
There is plenty of parking in front of the house.
This is a non-smoking property.
No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not permitted in properties unless specifically designated in writing as "pets considered" and approved by our office.
Check-in time: 4 PM; Check-out time: 10 AM.
A 50% payment is required when booking, with the remaining 50% automatically charged to the card on file 30 days before your check-in date. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require a full payment at the time of booking.

NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels, is 100% privacy compliant, and does NOT listen or record. If the noise level exceeds the legal limit for FB, you will receive a friendly reminder text message to turn the noise down. This will help avoid any violations with the FB police that can result in fines and revocation of the homeowner's business license.
Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. However, we are committed to your and our community's comfort, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
The City of Folly Beach licenses this property as a vacation rental, Business license LIC004631, and Rental Registration STR24-A0257.
