The Stone Crab is on the left side of this duplex. It is updated with all-new high-end mattresses in 2023. The underneath area has been enclosed as a new addition, creating an optimal outdoor living space equipped with a chef grill and crab boiler, smart TV, outdoor shower, and a Seasonal HOT TUB. The Hot Tub is available October through the end of March and is for adult use only. Cozy furnishing and lighting will enhance your outdoor experience. Contactless Check-In: This home offers a lock box at the property with keys, and we will provide the code before your arrival date.
The parking can accommodate up to five cars (depending on vehicle size...fewer if all trucks/SUVs)
We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.
Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
The Folly Beach NOISE ORDINANCE is from 10 pm to 8 am.
No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most eight people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Therefore, you will need to pay full payment at the time of booking within 30 days of your arrival date.

If the noise level exceeds the legal limit for FB, you will receive a friendly reminder text message to turn the noise down. This will help avoid any violations with the FB police that can result in fines and revoke the homeowner's business license.
Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. However, we are committed to your and our community's comfort, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
