The Preserve is perfect for viewing the landmark Morris Island Lighthouse, surf fishing, beachside strolls, wildlife observation, photography, and captivating ocean and marsh views.  

Whether you are soaking up the ocean views on one of the porches or enjoying time with the family in an open-concept shared space, this property is perfect for making memories with your family and friends. Spread out even more with the additional living space under the home, which has plenty of seating and a basketball hoop! Rinse off after your day at the beach with the hot and cold conveniently located exterior open-air shower.

This property does NOT have direct beach access. The public beach access closest to this property is one house down, on Summer Place.

Some welcomed news in 2024: The City of Folly Beach will re-nourish our beach, which is much needed! 
Although not confirmed by the city, work is expected to start around early March until mid-August 2024 and will be focused one block at a time.  While we expect this to be a net positive to everyone (more sand and larger beaches), there is a small chance there will be construction on the beach and/or beach closures near this home.
The city hasn’t provided any further information on more precise dates, scheduling, or sequencing.   But you can stay informed with the latest by following the below links:

During your stay, you will enjoy the following AMENITIES:

Contactless Check-In: This home is equipped with a KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM, and a door code will be provided before your arrival date. 
Folly Beach has a noise ordinance at 10 p.m. that applies to private residences. Please be mindful of your neighbors. 
There is plenty of parking in front of the house.
This is a non-smoking property.
No pets allowed. 
Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not permitted in properties unless specifically designated in writing as "pets considered" and approved by our office.

A 50% payment is required when booking, with the remaining 50% automatically charged to the card on file 30 days before your check-in date. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require a full payment at the time of booking.
You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property.

This will help avoid any violations with the FB police that can result in fines and revocation of the homeowner's business license.

Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. However, we are committed to your and our community's comfort, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
