For the best view in the house, head to the furnished rooftop crow’s nest. From here, you can watch the sunrise over the Atlantic, enjoy the coastal breeze throughout the day, and take in sunset over the marsh and river.

Cancellations made at least 60 days before arrival are eligible for a refund less a 5% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of all payments unless the property is successfully re-rented and confirmed at the same rate for the canceled dates.

Ocean’s Eye is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. MyOceanRental is committed to protecting the comfort of our guests, neighbors, and the Folly Beach community.
The property uses NoiseAware, a privacy-compliant smart-home device that measures decibel levels only. It does not listen to or record conversations. If noise exceeds the legal limit, guests may receive a text reminder to reduce the volume.
Folly Beach quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise, unauthorized gatherings, occupancy violations, or disturbances may result in fines of up to $1,500 per day, immediate eviction, and termination of the rental agreement without a refund.
