With its bright, airy interior, floor-to-ceiling windows, and expansive balconies, you'll always feel connected to the outdoors. From dawn to dusk, you can enjoy the coastal breeze. Whether you're lounging on the covered terrace, soaking in the sun on the furnished rooftop, or enjoying the view from one of the many balconies, the ocean is never far from sight. Stay entertained with on-site games like putt-putt, foosball, cornhole, and ping pong, or unwind on the beach just steps away via your private beach access.

This luxury beach home is filled with custom finishes head to toe, including an open-concept chef's kitchen.

Ocean's Eye offers a perfect blend of play and tranquility. For the best view in the house, head up to the crow's nest to watch the sunset paint the sky with 360-degree views from the ocean to the marsh/river.

Pool: 
  • Pool heating is available for an additional $50/day. Please request at least 48 hours before your stay. 
  • Pool heating is available from October through April and can only be requested prior to your stay. If you would like to add this option, do so when making your reservation or contact us during office hours.
  • We cannot guarantee a specific temperature for any day of your stay. No refunds will be given if weather conditions prevent your pool use. The pool heater thermostat will be set to 84 degrees F.
Check-In/Out:
  • Contactless check-in via Smart Lock. A unique door code will be provided before your arrival. 
  • Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 10 AM.
House Rules:
  • NO PARTIES allowed. 
  • Folly Beach has a noise ordinance that applies to private residences starting at 10 PM. Please be mindful of your neighbors. 
  • This is a non-smoking property.
  • NO PETS allowed. Breaking this rule will result in a $500 per day penalty. Additionally, emotional support, comfort, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed on properties.
  • You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property.
Parking:
  • Plenty of parking is available at the house for up to 6 vehicles. 
Payment:
  • 50% payment is required for booking. The remaining 50% will be charged 60 days before your check-in date.
  • Bookings within 60 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations can be made with a full refund less a 5% penalty if requested at least 60 days before your arrival date. For all other cases, cancellations made after the reservation payment will result in the forfeit of all applied monies unless the property is re-rented and confirmed at the same rate for the canceled dates.

Noise Policy:
This property is in a quiet neighborhood that is a full-time residence for many neighbors. MyOceanRental strives to ensure peace for all of our guests, neighbors, and the community of Folly Beach. To do so, we follow guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe, and memorable stay with us. We now use noise sensors in our properties to comply with Folly Beach's new strict noise ordinance. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels, is 100% privacy compliant, and does NOT listen or record. Suppose the noise level exceeds the legal limit for Folly Beach. In that case, you will receive a friendly reminder text message to turn the noise down to avoid any violations that can result in a $1500/per day fine from the Folly Beach Police Department and significant penalties for the homeowner.

The Folly Beach NOISE ORDINANCE is from 10 pm to 8 am. Each property is listed with the maximum occupancy for the home (number the house sleeps). House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited and will result in immediate eviction with a penalty of up to $1500.  Your contract states that the use of the premises shall not disturb or offend surrounding residents. Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort and our community, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.

This property is licensed by the City of Folly Beach to be used as a vacation rental property; Business license LIC048259 and Rental Registration STR24-A0898.
