This elevated cottage comfortably sleeps six and features an open-concept living space with cozy seating and a fully equipped kitchen. Start your mornings on the screened-in front porch with a fresh cup of coffee and ocean breezes, then wind down on the spacious back deck, where breathtaking sunsets over the marsh provide the perfect backdrop for relaxation.
Outside, you’ll find an open-air wash station, a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and a charcoal grill for cookouts. The large driveway offers ample parking for multiple vehicles—even a small boat! A public boat ramp with parking is just 0.5 miles away, making getting out on the water easy.

Complimentary High-Speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, surround sound, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, standard coffee maker, Vitamix blender, iron, ironing board, private outdoor shower, and high thread count linens & towels (minus beach towels). We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.
This property is 15 miles to Downtown Charleston and 23 miles to the Charleston Airport. There is plenty of parking both in the driveway and under the house.
You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property and this is a non-smoking property.
Contactless Check-In: This home is equipped with a KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM and a door code will be provided prior to your arrival date. Check-in time: 4PM; Check-out time: 10AM.
Folly Beach has a noise ordinance starting at 10PM that applies to private residences. Please be mindful of your neighbors. House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
Pets considered: All pets must be approved by our office before you arrive. Upon approval there is a $150 (plus tax) per pet nonrefundable pet fee that is due before you arrive. If not already on your reservation, it will be added. Once this is done and the fee paid, you will be all set to bring your pet with you (1 pet max, no more than 60 lbs. each, no puppies under 1 year old, no cats). Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are subject to approval and fees prior to arrival.
A 50% payment is required when placing your reservation online, with the remaining 50% automatically charged to the card on file 30 days before your check-in date. If you are booking a reservation withing 30 days of your arrival date, the other 50% of your reservation will be charged within the next business day.

This will help avoid any violations with the Folly Beach police that can result in fines and revoke the homeowner's business license.
We are committed to your and our community's comfort, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable. However, the occupancy can only be at most ten people at any time during your stay. If the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund.
