Welcome to 114 W Hudson Avenue!  This 3BR/2.5BA home is on the right side of a duplex perfectly situated in the heart of Folly Beach and a short walk to the beach.  Also, guests can easily enjoy the famous scenery of Historic Downtown Charleston that is only 11-mile drive away.


This house features an inviting, open concept floor plan. The comfortably furnished living room, kitchen, and dining room (seats 6 people) makes up the first floor with hardwood flooring throughout the home. Additionally, there is a half bath and spacious laundry room on the first floor. Enjoy the tranquility of Folly when you step out to a balcony of the living room or relax on a screened in porch off of the kitchen.


Head upstairs to find the master suite with a KING-sized bed and private en-suite bathroom, two guest bedrooms (one with a QUEEN bed and one with TWO TWIN beds) and second shared full bath in the hallway. The house comfortably SLEEPS 8 GUESTS with an additional QUEEN pull out sofa in the living room.


Private outdoor shower with hot/cold water.

PARKING can accommodate up to 4 cars in the driveway and could also fit a boat trailer if needed. 


Property includes free Wi-Fi, AC/Heat, Washer/Dryer, and all linens & towels are
provided (except beach towels) and outdoor shower. Beach equipment not provided, but if on the property you are welcome to use it.


This property is located in a quiet residential community and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Simply respect your neighbors, keep the noise down and NO parties. 🙂  

No pets allowed.

There is a propane grill available for your use.


This is a non-smoking property.

Check-in time: 4PM; Check-out time: 10AM.

50% Deposit required at the time of booking, the remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to check-in.

You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property.
