This property is located in a quiet residential community and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Simply respect your neighbors, keep the noise down and NO parties. 🙂  

The Corner Cottage offers two bedrooms and is extremely close to the beach with glimpses of the ocean from the screened-in porch. This home is situated directly across the street from the beach access at the end of 2nd block and is within walking distance to downtown Folly. Guests will enjoy all that Center Street, the heart of Folly Beach, has to offer including ½ mile of retail shops, restaurants and bars, and golf cart rentals. Additionally, beautiful historic Charleston is only a 22-minute drive away.

Featuring two bedrooms with a full bathroom between them, a full kitchen (less a dishwasher), a well-appointed living room, and new flooring and paint throughout (FEB 2020), this home is a must see!  Additionally, this property has reserved parking in the both the front and back sides of the corner lot.

Folly Beach is a barrier island that is six miles long and the closest beach to historic Charleston which is only a 15-minute drive via the Connector. The beach offers historical and cultural sites including a maritime forest and Morris Island Lighthouse.
