Welcome to the 'Absolute Best View'! This oceanfront home with bright and airy colors has three stories of extra large porches and decks overlooking the Atlantic to admire the endless ocean views. It is located on the 10th block of East Arctic and offers direct beach access. The open-floor concept with easy indoor-outdoor transitions to all the oceanfront porches is ideal for entertaining family and friends and experiencing coastal living.

Each breezy, light-flooded bedroom has dreamy ocean views and offers private access to the 2nd story porch. The expansive kitchen with a sizable island provides the perfect setting for the family's culinary enthusiasts to showcase their skills while enjoying the rest of the group. Walk out of the living room onto the main level porch, with plenty of seating and a bonus open-air dining area. The second level porch has access from all three upstairs bedrooms, and the top bird's peak porch offers the 'absolute best view'!

Enjoy private access to the beach with a convenient rinse-off shower, taking you over picturesque dunes to the sandy shores and the ocean beyond. Ample parking is available in the driveway and underneath the home, ensuring convenience for guests.

Some welcomed news in 2024 is The City of Folly Beach will be re-nourishing our beach which is much needed! 
Although not confirmed by the city, work is expected to start around early March until mid-August 2024 and will be focused one block at a time.  While we expect this to be a net positive to everyone (more sand and larger beaches), there is a small chance there will be construction on the beach and/or beach closures near this home.
The city hasn’t provided any further information on more precise dates, scheduling, or sequencing.   But you can stay informed with the latest by following the below links:

During your stay, you will enjoy the following AMENITIES:

Complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, standard coffee maker, iron, ironing board, and all linens & towels (minus beach towels).
Contactless Check-In: This home is equipped with a KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM, and a door code will be provided before your arrival date. 
Folly Beach has a noise ordinance at 10 p.m. that applies to private residences. Please be mindful of your neighbors. 
There is plenty of parking in front of the house.
This is a non-smoking property.
No pets allowed. 
Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not permitted in properties unless specifically designated in writing as "pets considered" and approved by our office.

A 50% payment is required when booking, with the remaining 50% automatically charged to the card on file 30 days before your check-in date. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require a full payment at the time of booking.
You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property.

This will help avoid any violations with the FB police that can result in fines and revocation of the homeowner's business license.

Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. However, we are committed to your and our community's comfort, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.

The City of Folly Beach licenses this property as a vacation rental, Business license LIC004631, and Rental Registration ISTR24-A0073.
